Don’t miss out on this opportunity to get away on a creative 10-day working holiday! During this intense workshop you’ll spend 8h a day learning the art of special effects and mask making. You will learn all from designing a fantasy creature, to sculpting, mold making, silicone casting, airbrushing and hand painting your final mask. The workshop finishes with a photoshoot of your fantasy creature!
So why not leave the big cities and travel to Helsinglight SFX Makeup Academy - a remote magical place in the beautiful countryside of northern Sweden. Get to know and hang out with likeminded creative people who all share the same passion for SFX Makeup, masks, monsters and props. Gather around the bonfire in the evenings and exchange experiences and stories.
So how do you get here and where do you stay during the workshop?
Don’t worry about travelling and accommodation! We will help you out with all of this! We’re located in Vattlång, Nordanstig about 2,5h north of Stockholm by train and the closest city to our location is Hudiksvall! We can help you out with all plans for travelling and we’ll meet you and pick you up in Hudiksvall. We can also help you out with different options and booking of accommodation.
