GSW Phenolic Carving Foam 4mm-10mm

Description

Experience versatile 3D design foam with this rigid phenolic foam, specially designed for carving and model making. Its low memory allows easy shaping and cutting with a knife or saw, enabling detailed structures by pressing objects onto the surface. Adhere with PVA glue, Tuft glue, Glue Gun, or cyanoacrylate glue, and paint with any type of color. Seal the tiny granules with diluted white glue or primer.

WARNINGS: Do not use hotwire cutting tools as phenolic foam is heat resistant up to 300ºF (150ºC). After cutting the foam, thoroughly clean all metal tools to prevent long-term corrosion. Thickness may vary by 0-1 mm due to the complexity of the lamination process, despite efforts to adjust it as much as possible.
