There's been so much going on lately at Helsinglight. We've been so busy renovating our beautiful old school in order to open up the first room in the building to the public. The past months we've been working towards the goal of launching our brand new Helsinglight Art Gallery open and we had a successful Grand Opening night last Friday, 29th of June!
The Grand opening night was a great success. Many came to share this evening and special occasion with us and showed such appreciation of our beautiful gallery space as well as great interest and appreciation of the art exhibited by artist and co-owner of Helsinglight Petra Shara Stoor. We opened up the doors to our gallery at 6 pm and we celebrated the grand opening until Midnight.
We also took the visitors for guided tours around Helsinglight to share our vision and future goals with them and show them the entire building. Our art gallery was also open during Saturday and Sunday and we met such lovely people during these days. Thank you everyone who visited Helsinglight Art Gallery and celebrated this special occasion with us.
Helsinglight Art Gallery Opening times
We have not decided on regular opening times for our Art Gallery yet but it will be open for visitors this summer on several occasions. It will mainly be open when we're in the building working, renovating or having workshops in SFX Makeup & Mask making.
Best way to know when we are open is to check out our Facebook page and follow us there. We will upload opening times there as we go. Next time our Art Gallery will be open is during the period of 5-15th July when we are having our 10-day Silicone Mask Making workshop at Helsinglight. Opening times will vary, but we are open from around 9pm-5pm during this time.

Exhibit your artwork or rent our gallery space for a special occasion
If you are interested in exhibiting your artwork in our Art Gallery send us and email with links to your website or social media platforms or pictures of your artwork and also a description of yourself and you as an artist.
In the future we will also rent out our location for various other purposes, i.e weddings, conferences, teambuildings, weddings etc. Contact us for more information.
