We're thrilled to present to you that the winner of group 1 in Helsinglight creative challenge is Linn-Marie Edlund with her forest goblin "Snurg”. 🤩This means that Linn-Marie has secured a place in the finals where she will be competing for the grand prize of getting crowned Helsinglight Creative Champion as well as to get an exclusive 1 week creative stay at Helsinglight AAiR for two people.
This was a very tough decision for the judges. All of the goblins were awesome characters that the 5 challengers created in this group. We're so impressed with all of your creative work! 😍
When making the decision, our jury found that Linn-Marie managed to capture the magical feeling of a Helsinglight forest goblin with a very living expression on her creature captured in a magical environment.
The goblin has got a magical and mystical expression and the sneakiness of the character appears in the storytelling of "Snurg", who hides under logs and stones, to get a hold of all the glittering treasures you leave out of sight.

Snurg keeps tresures under the throne
Snurg, not really like others. Prefer to collect what glitters and glimmers.
Under tufts and small fir trees you can find it's treasures.
When the snow has thawed you can hear small small steps and if you leave something out of sight, then Snurg is there to find.
Children's marbles are a favourite, but also the first dew of the day.
